This study reviews the book study titled “Malcolm X: Another Side of The Movement”, written in English by Andrew Young and translated into Turkish by S. Tekin (name not mentioned in the book). The theme of the book is to examine certain sections of the life of a leader born in America in 1925 under the name of Malcolm Little, how he came to the scene as Malcolm X and became the most influential figure of the human rights movement, and to explain his ideas in general. Malcolm X, like most African Americans living in America, started a poor life, got involved in crimes, and later became a Muslim and led separatist actions on behalf of the Islamic Community, and later experienced more universal values and became a leader on human rights. The study makes an evaluation of the content of the book.
