About the Journal
The Journal of Konya Research (JoKR) is an international, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary, and academic journal published by researchers seeking to understand the multifaceted nature of Konya. Adopting a continuous publication model as of 2026, JoKR publishes articles that successfully complete the editor-peer review and layout process, without waiting for a specific publication period.
Our journal accepts articles in Turkish and English. Furthermore, to increase international visibility, authors whose articles are accepted are offered the option of bilingual publication (full text in Turkish and English).
Using the APA citation style, authors are required to prepare their work according to the template on our website and upload it through the article management system to initiate the evaluation process. Articles should be a maximum of 10,000 words.
All content in our journal is open access, and no fees are charged to authors for article evaluation or publication processes (excluding fees that may be charged for professional translation/editing services in the optional bilingual publication). The scientific and legal responsibility for the articles rests with the author(s). The editorial board cannot be held responsible for scientific and ethical violations. For research in all scientific disciplines requiring ethical committee approval, this approval must be obtained, stated in the article, and documented. All researchers wishing to contribute to the field can submit articles to our journal.
