Author Guidelines

The following information will guide authors through the article submission process in the online system.

Workflow:

The article submission process consists of five steps and can be saved at any point before clicking the "Complete Submission" button, allowing the author to return to it at a later time. Articles can be submitted to the journal via the website by registered users who have an account. To create a user account, go to the journal's website and click the "Register" button on the right-hand side to create an account with the author role. To start the submission process, log in  or, if already logged in, click on the profile picture at the top right of the site and access the "Dashboard" <articleSubmission.domain.tld>. Then, click the "New Submission" button on the "Submit an Article" page. On the following page, select the language of the submission, enter the title, and confirm the submission requirements before clicking the "Begin Submission" button to initiate the five-step submission process: 1. Details, 2. Upload Files, 3. Contributors, 4. For the Editor, 5. Review. If authors encounter difficulties during the online submission process, they are encouraged to contact the Editor at info@domain.tld.

Reference and Citation System:

Submitted articles should follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style in terms of citation system, in-text citation format, and references. A brief overview of the significant changes from APA 6 to APA 7 is available.

Articles should also be prepared in accordance with The Chicago Manual of Style (Author-Date) 17th Edition for citation system, footnote format, and bibliography.

Review Process:

Articles undergo both internal (editorial) and external (peer) review processes. Although these two processes may appear independent, they are not entirely separate. The editorial review includes the following steps: plagiarism check, relevance to the journal’s scope and focus, and citation style check. Once an article passes the editorial review, the corresponding author is notified, and the manuscript proceeds to the academic review process. Every article is reviewed independently by at least two peer reviewers. The decision to accept, revise, or reject an article is made by the Editor based on the reviewers' reports. If two or more reviewers indicate that the article is not suitable for publication in the journal, the author will receive a detailed explanation outlining the decision.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All authors confirm the following points:

  • All authors have approved the originality and final version of the article and have consented to its submission to the journal for editorial (internal) and peer (external) review (Review Form).
