Author Guidelines

  1. The language of DiHA: Journal of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies is Turkish and English. Articles should include Turkish abstracts consisting of 200-250 words and English abstracts, as well as at least 5 and at most 15 keywords in both Turkish and English. Following the abstracts, there should also be an English extended abstract of 600-800 words for all articles in Turkish. The article subject to publication, including footnotes, should consist of a maximum of 20,000 words. There is no minimum word limit.
  2. The article text should be prepared in Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing and 12-point font size, while footnotes should be single-spaced with 10-point font size. Footnotes should be displayed at the bottom of the page. Citations should be made using the Chicago 17 Full Note citation system. Otherwise, the article will be returned to the author for corrections without being assigned for peer review.
  3. Author information should not be included in the article text. Author information and contribution rankings should be sent to the journal in a separate file.
  4. At the end of the article, there should be a bibliography listing the sources used in the article, arranged by authors' surnames.
  5. Headings should be formatted as 1 / 1.1 / 1.1.1.
